Turning Pain into Purpose

The Biletnikoff Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth, primarily from low-to-moderate income neighborhoods or backgrounds, who are particularly “at risk” to the realities of drug and alcohol addiction, as well as domestic and gender violence.

To commemorate Tracey Biletnikoff’s life and her untimely death by enabling young people to realize their full potential.

To break the cycle of abuse and neglect by healing their body and spirit, bringing families together, and renewing hope.

The foundation is committed to supporting community and education programs by raising funds through various annual charity events.

Those We've Helped

I know that my behavior has changed since I moved into Tracey’s Place. My beliefs have changed, and the way that I approach situations is different. It took me about a month to commit, but I saw a change in myself once I put in the work to change my mentality.

Tracey’s Place has helped me with having a different mindset and perspective on life. When I’m having a hard time, I try to look at things in a positive light and see that the work that I’ve put in here is for the best and will help me in the long run. I have also learned to accept my past and move forward rather than holding onto negativity and grudges.

I met Fred at the grand opening of Tracey’s Place of Hope, which was a really cool experience. Angela comes by the house often, and I remember one time she sat down with all of the girls in the house to talk about Tracey’s past and let us talk about our past experiences. It helped me to see that there are reasons that rules are set in place at Tracey’s Place of Hope and they are meant to help us, not control us.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Mission: To commemorate Tracey Biletnikoff’s life and her untimely death. To enable young people to realize their full potential through the support of community and educational programs that effectively address the related problems of substance abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

  • Vision: To break the cycle of abuse and neglect by healing their body and spirit, bringing families together, and renewing hope.

For over 25 years, The Biletnikoff Foundation has provided hope and healing to children and young people in need. Specifically:

    • Drug and alcohol, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

    • Therapeutic foster homes for children ages 14-18 while offering specialized services such as NA, AA psychotherapy services, and art therapy.

    • Housing and community support for ages 14-18-year-olds experiencing homelessness. Many of the clients come from different backgrounds, and providing housing prevents a reduction of high-risk experiences and fewer children returning to the foster care system due to abuse and neglect.

  • Victims of human trafficking ages 10-18 at the Healing Center. This 10-acre campus offers specialized residential services to support child victims of sex trafficking with a holistic array of services, including an on-site school, yoga, gardening, and other services to support a young person transitioning from victim to survivor and then a thriving young person.

The history of giving at The Biletnikoff Foundation has been to high-risk teens. Our most recent focus has been on funding the Healing Center to provide housing services for homeless transition-aged youth 18-24, as well as victims of human trafficking ages 10-18.

The total number of clients served at Tracey’s Place of Hope has been 289 since 2014, with over 2500 physiotherapy service hours. 100% were female.

In 2024 the Healing Center opened, serving over 60 clients at a time while they attending a credited School in Clark County with 24-hour wrap-around services.

For Fiscal Year 2024, our Administrative costs were 15%, allowing the balance of 85% of donations to go directly to our various programs.
